Refund policy

At Maison Raphaella, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, beautifully designed products. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return, exchange, or cancel an order. Below is our detailed returns, refunds, and cancellation policy.

Returns:

You have 8 business days from the date of receipt to return any product, provided the item has not been worn, contains all internal tags, and is not a customer-personalized item. To initiate a return, email us at hello@raphaella.co with the subject line: RETURN- #ORDER. Please include your full name, invoice number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Important Notes:

Markdowns and Discounts: Items purchased during markdowns or seasonal sales (other than a Promotion) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Faulty Products: If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty due to a manufacturing defect within two (2) months, you may return it for repair, replacement, or a full refund, subject to availability. Normal wear and tear are not covered.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition unless faulty.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are available within 8 business days of receiving your order. At this time, exchanges are limited to size changes only. Please email us at hello@raphaella.co with the subject line: EXCHANGE- #ORDER and include your full name, invoice number, and details of the items you wish to exchange.

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled before they are fulfilled. If you wish to cancel your order, email hello@raphaella.co with the subject: CANCELLATION- #ORDER.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of return, exchange, or cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product is returned or evidence of its return is provided.
